an online community and resource center for
Lucent's Service Provider customers, benefits
the Lucent Driven Service Provider in three
ways:
FIRST, it provides a community
and information forum where Service
Providers can connect with each other in order
to improve their service offerings. The user
can customize their start page to include specific
industry news and events.
SECOND, the portal provides instant
online access to the many helpful business
services and tools available from
Lucent Driven Solutions. This comprehensive
suite of services and tools is available to
Lucent Driven Service Providers as part of Lucent's
commitment to long-term customer support.
THIRD, the LDS Web Portal advertises
and promotes the Lucent Driven Service Providers
by providing a comprehensive Service
Provider search engine and by featuring
a different service provider every time a user
visits the site.
BEFORE STARTING THE TOUR
Following are the system requirements for viewing
this tour:
Internet
Explorer 4.x or higher
Flash Plugin
Screen resolution set to 1024 x 768
This tour has been enhanced with certain interactive
functions which are not supported by
most versions of Netscape. While the Portal
itself will be browser independent, this
tour should be viewed using Internet Explorer.
Also, this tour includes Flash animations.
Finally, in order to view the value proposition
and list of features for each page, a screen
resolution of 1024 x 768 is recommended.
